How it works:
-You meet with client, measure up to prepare quote details.
-Provide Scope and Pricing to Atorii
-Atorii creates a Polish, professional looking Build Proposal to provide to the client.

-Supply Atorii with a sketch up of the existing floor plan.
-Provide any client details of must have's or wants in the new space.
Leave it with us and we'll create ready to construct plans, demolition, elevations, electrical and 3d Views of the space.
Not to mention we will provide schedules of all fixtures specified for the space.
Less admin and hassle for you.
Does engaging Atorii add to my costs?
No. Our design service doesn't add any additional overheads to you.
We have a couple of options you can choose from when working with us.

What if my client wants changes after I’ve quoted?
Sure, it happens.
And it's very common. Once the client starts to see designs and options, things can change quickly.
We make it very clear to clients costs can change depending on the final design.
Once we finish the design and inclusions, clients are so happy with it, the additional costs generally aren't an issue.
Can Atorii work with my preferred suppliers?
Of course. If you have preferred suppliers and trade accounts set up we can provide a full schedule of specified items and they can price and supply these for you.
Do you help with client communication?
Yes. We manage all design related communication with the client so you can stay focused on the building, project managing and quoting. We only involve you when decisions impact cost, structure or site logistics.
Alternatively, if you prefer to handle this, we can deal directly with you for all design correspondence.
Who handles ordering of fixtures and materials?
Atorii manages sourcing and supply (unless you prefer otherwise). We coordinate delivery times to match your timeline and ensure everything is compliant with Australian standards.
Generally we arrange delivery of all items 1 week prior to construction. This ensure we can check everything has arrived.
This is usually arranged with the client to allow access during the day as delivery times are not provided, only a day.
Are there limits on how many builders you work with?
Yes. Atorii only partners with a select number of builders per region to protect work volume, quality. This ensures our partners receive consistent projects, not oversaturation.
Will this add extra admin for my business?
No. It usually removes admin. We handle design, selections, sourcing, client questions, documentation corrections and supplier coordination.
What rooms do you design?
Wet area's mostly.
But we can include other rooms:

We can source furniture if the client would like this supplied too.
Do I pay you for supply or do you invoice the client?
Generally we Invoice you (Builder)
But we are happy to work with you regarding this and happy to invoice client direct if you wish.
